Audit Services
ebasisbay.com leverages the internet to trade new, used, pre-owned and refurbished computer hardware.
Payment Escrow Services
ebasisbay.com will act as a neutral 3rd party vendor to hold the purchase amount paid by the Buyer, until the equipment has arrived at the site in working condition. A service fee of 2% of the purchased price is levied and the remainder will be paid to the seller upon successful receipt of the equipment by the Buyer. This service is only available with ebasisbay.com Audit Service.
Online Helpdesk Services
ebasisbay.com provides support for PCs, laptops and OS related issues. This service is available 24 x 7 with registered users posting their issues either through our Online Helpdesk application at ebasisbay.com, or via email to us at helpdesk@ebasisbay.com. Our Helpdesk Personnel will confirm the matter within 24 hours and upon successful confirmation, a service fee will be levied.
Charges for issues posted through our Online Helpdesk application are based on the complexity of the issue categories selected. Packages for bulk purchases are also available. Users can per-pay for a specific number of issues, allowing users to get a discount for each posted issue. The fees for the Online Helpdesk will be charged to the party that requires the ebasisbay.com support service.
Logistics Services
An optional service, if the Buyer subscribes to ebasisbay.com Audit Service. ebasisbay.com’s authorized logistics partner will ensure that the equipment is delivered at the designated site without any hiccups.
3rd Party Maintenance Services
ebasisbay.com can provide maintenance for your existing server systems by our highly trained engineers.
Upon arrival at the Buyer’s site, the equipment will be unpacked, installed and booted up by ebasisbay.com’s engineers. The equipment will then be audited once more to confirm the item purchased is in working condition. The decision on whether to utilize the ebasisbay.com’s Audit Service is made by the Buyer, who will inform the Seller that the purchase will be made on condition that the equipment is Audited using ebasisbay.com.
