Help - Cancel Helpdesk Issues

  1. Note: You can close your issue once you received a response.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. From your User Menu, click on View Issues.
  4. Select the issue from the list and click on the Subject hyperlink.
  5. Click on the Response hyperlink.
  6. Click the button to Close the Issue.
