Help - Cancel Helpdesk Issues
- Note: You can ONLY cancel your issue, if the status is New
- Login to your account.
- From your User Menu, click on View Issues.
- Select the issue from the list and click on the Subject hyperlink.
- Click on the Response hyperlink.
- Click the button to cancel the Issue.
