Help - Cancel Helpdesk Issues

  1. Note: You can ONLY cancel your issue, if the status is New
  2. Login to your account.
  3. From your User Menu, click on View Issues.
  4. Select the issue from the list and click on the Subject hyperlink.
  5. Click on the Response hyperlink.
  6. Click the button to cancel the Issue.
